Jasmine is a fellow Mother. Even before actually meeting, we discovered we have a lot in common: She is from Oklahoma; I am from Oklahoma. She has PCOS; I have PCOS. She is a beautiful bi-racial woman; I pretend to be bi-racial. Within a minute of speaking with Jasmine you will understand that she has a smart mind, and she speaks it fluently.
A couple of weeks ago, she messaged me and asked if I wanted to partner with her to do something cool. "Always," I said. So, here we are - doing something cool.
What's even cooler is that we're asking you to join us!

4Real Fitness Challenge Guidelines
*Any physical exercise you choose.
*40 mins a day (exercise can be combined to make up 40 mins for 4 weeks!
*Pick a day of the week to blog post, tweet, tumblr, or instagram your progress and experiences.
I will be posting my workouts on Saturdays. I will start this challenge on Sunday, May 27. My long-term goal is training for a 5K in September.
