4 Real Fitness Challenge

Listen To Your Mother has been one of the most awesome things to ever happen to me.  Aside from getting to tell my funny story and making people laugh, I got to meet some very spectacular people who I admire and adore each in their own way.


Jasmine is a fellow Mother.  Even before actually meeting, we discovered we have a lot in common:  She is from Oklahoma; I am from Oklahoma.  She has PCOS; I have PCOS.  She is a beautiful bi-racial woman; I pretend to be bi-racial.  Within a minute of speaking with Jasmine you will understand that she has a smart mind, and she speaks it fluently.

A couple of weeks ago, she messaged me and asked if I wanted to partner with her to do something cool. "Always," I said.  So, here we are - doing something cool.

What's even cooler is that we're asking you to join us!

4Real Fitness Challenge will be an intentional four weeks of 40 min workouts 4 days a week.


4Real Fitness Challenge Guidelines
*Any physical exercise you choose.

*40 mins a day (exercise can be combined to make up 40 mins for 4 weeks!

*Pick a day of the week to blog post, tweet, tumblr, or instagram your progress and experiences. 

I will be posting my workouts on Saturdays.  I will start this challenge on Sunday, May 27.  My long-term goal is training for a 5K in September.

Jasmine & I will  keep you posted on what we (and everyone we hear from) has been up to.
