After an evening of Trunk or Treat courtesy of the First Baptist Church:
Me: You got some good candy!
Daughter 2: (hugging me) And I'm so glad you got me baptized when I was a baby.
Me: (wondering if she'd been slipped a trac or sipped the koolaid) A little random, but I'm glad we got you baptized too...
Daughter 2: 'Cause, Momma, if I wasn't baptized then I couldn't eat any of this Baptist candy!
